The Macpherson Strut Spring Compressor with Safety Pins quickly and safely compresses the spring for easy replacement or repair struts, shock absorbers and spring sets in your car.
Features a Heavy Duty V-threaded rod that allows for durable and smooth compression of springs both on or off the vehicle with hand or power tools.
The V-threaded center screw is 5/8" x 11" long, and the wide spring contacts and built-in locating pin allow for precise movement and keep the spring locked in place until rotational force is applied for safety.
13/16” Socket 1/2" Drive compressor tool,suitable for springs between 5/8” and 12-3/4”.
The jaws are constructed from drop forged steel with a heat-treated compression center screw for maximum strength and longevity.
The Macpherson Strut Spring Compressor features a universal design so you can use it with any vehicle with Macpherson struts.
Whether you're using it to replace shock absorbers and spring sets or repair bent struts and damaged spindles, using this tool is as easy as attaching the brackets to the spring fully.

Fit for most cars. Works well with springs between 5/8 inch to 12*3/4inch.

【Installation and use】
1. Lubricate both main shafts with oil.
2. Align the hooks with the safety pins backed off so the hooks will fit over the spring.
3. Position both set of hooks 180° a part, opposite each other.
Push safety pins in the lock position on hooks.
4. Using a 3/4"or 19mm socket and ratchet turn the main shaft compressing the strut spring enough to safely remove the fastener nut holding the cartridge.
