Q1. How soon could I expect the reply for the inquiry?

Your email will be answered within 24 hours. It may take longer during weekend and holiday.  

Q2. How long does the delivery take?

Delivery Time: depending on the sizes of different items, AU Post or Fastway (with tracking) will be used. Delivery times for different locations, please refer to followings:

  • Sydney / Canberra / Adelaide: 7-9 work days
  • Melbourne: 7-9 work days
  • Brisbane / Tasmania: 8-10 work days
  • Other Capital Cities: 10-15 work days

    Q3. How to return the package for any reason?

    To return the purchased item, within 14 days since the day of purchase. Please contact us via sales@wildliner.com before return.  The returned item must be in a good and new conditions.
